Fair terms, no fine print games
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the KasyHQ website (kasyhq.com) and all KasyHQ software tools and browser extensions ('the Products'), including ReturnPilot - GST Return Downloader, ReturnPilot-TDS Challan Downloader, and Vibe Translator. By installing, accessing or paying for any Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
KasyHQ ('we', 'us') is an independent software studio building focused browser extensions, compliance automation utilities, and AI productivity tools. We are a sole proprietorship based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@kasyhq.com.
2. The Products
ReturnPilot extensions overlay the official portals you already use (gst.gov.in and the income-tax e-filing portal) to download data already filed and visible, with zero modification or payment initiation. Vibe Translator provides conversational social and cultural translations for public internet discussions (such as Reddit) using on-device and cloud AI models without harvesting personal credentials or private correspondence.
3. Accounts & Sign-In
Premium subscription status is tied to the email address you sign in with through Google Sign-In. Signing in with Google does not require a Gmail address - any Google account works. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for any activity under it.
4. Free & Premium plans
Each Product offers a free plan and paid Premium plans (Monthly, 3-Month Pass, and Yearly). Premium grants the features described on the product pages for the purchased term (30 days for monthly, 90 days for 3-month pass, 365 days for yearly). Automated AI captcha solving is provided under a daily fair-usage quota: Free/Trial accounts receive up to 50 automated captcha solves per calendar day, while active Premium accounts receive up to 100 automated captcha solves per calendar day (resetting daily at midnight IST, UTC+5:30). Subscriptions do not auto-renew; when a term ends, the account returns to the free plan unless a new payment is made.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, in Indian Rupees. We do not see or store your card or UPI details - those are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. Your order ID and payment ID are recorded to provision your license and issue your payment receipt.
6. Payment Receipts & Accounting Proof
After a successful payment, we email a computer-generated commercial payment receipt (PDF) to the address on the order. KasyHQ operates as an exempt sole proprietorship under Indian GST laws (aggregate annual turnover below the mandatory threshold); consequently, commercial proof of purchase is issued for your office accounting records, and no GST is levied or input tax credit (ITC) passed on. If your billing details need updating, contact us within 15 days at support@kasyhq.com.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. To request a refund, email support@kasyhq.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Gifts and promotional grants are non-refundable.
8. Acceptable use & Anti-Scraping Policy
You agree to use the Products lawfully and strictly for their intended purpose: assisting tax professionals and business owners in accessing and organizing data from official portals they are authorized to access. You must not use the Products, extension scripts, or associated backend APIs to scrape, harvest data, abuse, overload, or execute high-frequency automated loops against government portals or KasyHQ infrastructure. To combat commercial scraping, bulk data harvesting, and feature misuse, automated AI captcha solving is strictly rate-limited to 50 solves per day on trial accounts and 100 solves per day on Premium accounts (calculated based on Indian Standard Time, UTC+5:30). Once a daily quota is reached, captcha solving is paused until midnight IST. Continued automated requests, bot hammering, or post-limit spamming will trigger automated security defenses, temporary IP cooldowns, or permanent account blacklisting from automated services without refund.
9. Intellectual property
The Products, website, branding and documentation are owned by KasyHQ and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for your own or your firm's business. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer them.
10. Disclaimers
The Products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to keep the Products accurate and reliable, they are automation helpers - always verify critical figures against the official portal. We are not liable for tax filing errors, penalties, or any loss arising from reliance on the Products.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Products or specific automation features (including AI captcha solving) for breach of these Terms, automated scraping abuse, fraud, or system disruption. You may stop using the Products at any time by uninstalling them. On termination, your Premium license lapses and your account returns to free plan status.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
